With over 20 years experience in the hair industry, owner and master stylist Eng professional craft of cutting, shaping, and styling hair has placed her among one of the most sought after Hairdresser in the Mainline.
Her specialties include precision-cutting, dimensional color and highlights, as well as specialized hair extensions. She is an expert in damage-repair therapies including Brazilian Blowout, Olaplex, and Keratin treatments.
Eng's dedication to her craft and her clients' satisfaction has solidified her reputation as a leading professional in the hair industry, consistently delivering exceptional results and innovative styles.
About Eng
Owner
Eng, the youngest of eight, immigrated to the US at 14. With a love for Arts and Beauty, she pursued a career in hair.
To improve her skills after Beauty school, she took two part-time jobs. After working at local salons in Ardmore, she attended Vidall Sassoon for advanced training in cutting and coloring.
Post-training, she worked at high-end salons before opening Molana Hair Design, named after her kids Molly and Lana. Eng remains passionate about hair, focusing on the art to beautify her customers rather than just running the business.
Known for her infectious smile, she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy.
