Her specialties include precision-cutting, dimensional color and highlights, as well as specialized hair extensions. She is an expert in damage-repair therapies including Brazilian Blowout, Olaplex, and Keratin treatments.

Eng is the youngest in a family of 8 who came to the US as an immigrant when she was 14. With an underlying love in Arts and Beauty since early age, Eng chose a career in hair to turn that love into a passion and a career. To hone her skills after graduating from Beauty school, she took 2 part time jobs to improve her cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. After working for a few local salons in the Ardmore area she decided to attend Vidall Sassoon, an intense technical training program to perfect her craft in cutting and coloring techniques. After working for a few high-end salons upon returning from Vidall Sassoon, she opened Molana Hair Design, naming the salon after her kids Molly and Lana. Eng remains passionate about doing hair and continues to focus on the art itself to beautify all her customers as opposed to driving the salon business as the owner. She always has an infectious smile on her face, and will go above and beyond to make her customers happy.
